Senem Örme began its journey in Istanbul in 1987 with a clear focus: to manufacture narrow textile products with reliable quality and a production discipline that customers can depend on. Over the years, our machinery, product range and technical capabilities have evolved in line with changing requirements in apparel, underwear, sportswear, children’s clothing, home textiles and technical textile applications.
Today we manufacture knitted elastics, woven elastics, buttonhole elastics, patterned and metallic elastics, heat-set product groups and woven tapes. Standard production is supported by project-based work for different widths, colors, patterns and performance expectations, subject to technical feasibility.
Our approach is based on understanding where and how the product will be used. We therefore evaluate each request in relation to fabric structure, sewing method, expected elasticity, appearance, order volume and production conditions. This allows us to focus not only on manufacturing a roll of elastic, but on supplying a component that can perform consistently in our customer’s own production line.
